These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MisfitInvestor.com and the Misfit Investor AI-powered application, including when the application is accessed through ChatGPT or another supported AI platform (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not access or use the Services.
Educational & Informational Use
Misfit Investor provides AI-powered educational research and decision-support tools designed to help users explore market questions, economic trends, sectors, commodities, investment themes, risks, and competing viewpoints.
All information, analysis, and AI-generated content provided through the Services is for general educational and informational purposes only.

When Misfit Investor is accessed through ChatGPT or another third-party platform, use of that platform is also governed by the platform’s own terms and privacy policies.
References or links to third-party resources do not necessarily constitute an endorsement.
Users should independently evaluate external information and review the applicable terms and policies before using a third-party service or making a purchase.
Access to and use of third-party services is at the user’s own discretion and responsibility.

AI-generated responses may not be unique, and Misfit Investor does not guarantee exclusive ownership or intellectual-property protection for those responses.
Updates & Contact
Misfit Investor may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services and may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes to the Services, technology, legal requirements, or business practices.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Changes become effective when posted unless otherwise stated.
